Ferdinando Toscano
Professore/ssa Associato/aBiografia
Professore associato di Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni presso Universitas Mercatorum di Roma, è dottore di ricerca in Psychology (Università di Bologna). In precedenza ha lavorato presso l’Università di Bologna (assegnista, docente a contratto) e presso l’Università della Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” come ricercatore in Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni.
Le sue ricerche si concentrano sui processi psicologici che caratterizzano il lavoro contemporaneo: lavoro ibrido e remoto, benessere e stress lavoro-correlato, dinamiche fra capo e collaboratori (LMX), qualità delle interazioni nei team, recupero psicologico, conflitto famiglia-lavoro e fattori che sostengono la performance. Contribuisce inoltre a studi su leadership, comportamenti innovativi e condizioni organizzative che influenzano motivazione e soddisfazione lavorativa.
Ha preso parte a progetti PRIN e Horizon dedicati al lavoro agile, al benessere e alle trasformazioni digitali, con ruoli sia di progettazione che di analisi empirica. È autore di articoli pubblicati in riviste internazionali e svolge attività editoriale come Associate Editor per Informing Science, oltre a un’intensa attività di revisione scientifica per riviste italiane e internazionali.
