Biografia

Luca Silvestri è attualmente Professore Associato presso l’Universitas Mercatorum. Ha precedentemente ricoperto il ruolo di RTDA in altro ateneo, dove è stato docente nei corsi di “Impianti Industriali” (L-9) ed “Impianti Meccanici” (LM-31), e membro attivo del collegio docenti di dottorato, di commissioni d’esame, lauree e master. Si è laureato, con lode, in Ingegneria Meccanica presso l’Università degli Studi Roma Tre, dove ha ottenuto sia la laurea triennale che la laurea magistrale. Nel seguito, ha altresì conseguito il titolo di Dottore di Ricerca in "Ingegneria per la progettazione e produzione industriale" presso l’Università di Roma “Tor Vergata”. La sua attività scientifica si concentra sulla sostenibilità dei processi industriali, l’economia circolare, l’Industria 4.0, l’analisi RAMS, e Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). È inserito nella classifica Stanford/Elsevier dei Top 2% Scientists Worldwide per influenza scientifica secondo Scopus.
