Maria Menshikova è Professoressa Associata di Organizzazione e Sviluppo delle Risorse Umane presso Universitas Mercatorum.
Ha conseguito con lode la Laurea specialistica a ciclo unico in Marketing presso la Ural State University of Economics (Ekaterinburg, Russia) e il Dottorato di ricerca in Management, Banking and Commodity Sciences presso Sapienza Università di Roma (Italia).
È inoltre docente di Organizzazione Aziendale presso Sapienza Università di Roma.
La sua attività di ricerca si concentra principalmente sull’organizzazione del lavoro, la gestione e lo sviluppo delle risorse umane, l’innovazione organizzativa e l’impatto delle tecnologie digitali e dell’intelligenza artificiale sul lavoro e sulle competenze.
Ha coordinato il progetto FIN/RIC 2024 “Impatto delle tecnologie sull’organizzazione del lavoro: assetto, competenze e implicazioni innovative” ed è Leader del Working Group 3 “Comparative Country Analysis and Best Practices Identification” della COST Action CA22124 ECO4ALL.
È attiva nelle principali comunità scientifiche nazionali e internazionali nell’ambito degli studi organizzativi e partecipa regolarmente a conferenze e iniziative di ricerca internazionali.
Nell’ambito delle attività istituzionali di Universitas Mercatorum è referente per l’Erasmus e l’internazionalizzazione del Dipartimento di Economia, Statistica e Impresa e cura la produzione di contenuti per il podcast tematico “Che Impresa!” di Radio Mercatorum.
