Martina Sartori è Professore Associato di Politica Economica presso l'Universitas Mercatorum. Dopo il conseguimento del dottorato di ricerca in Economia presso l’Università degli Studi di Milano, ha maturato oltre 15 anni di esperienza presso istituzioni internazionali, tra cui la Commissione Europea (JRC) e la Banca Mondiale. È stata ricercatrice post-doc presso l’Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia e la Scuola di Studi Internazionali dell’Università di Trento, nonché ricercatrice presso il Centro di Ricerca sull’Energia e l’Economia Ambientale dell’Università Bocconi, l’Istituto Universitario Europeo di Firenze e il Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici. I suoi ambiti di ricerca spaziano dall'economia del cambiamento climatico ai modelli di equilibrio economico generale computazionale (CGE), dall'economia agricola al commercio internazionale. Ha pubblicato numerosi articoli peer-reviewed su riviste internazionali e partecipato a importanti progetti di ricerca europei. Il suo h-index è pari a 18.
