Yuri Calleo
RttBiografia
Sono Ricercatore tenure-track (RTT) in Statistica (SSD STAT-01/A) presso il Dipartimento di Economia, Statistica e Impresa dell’Università Mercatorum di Roma, e ho conseguito un dottorato di ricerca presso l’University College Dublin, con una tesi incentrata sulla modellizzazione statistica del consenso spaziale. La mia ricerca integra statistica spaziale, modellizzazione multivariata e scienza delle decisioni, con particolare attenzione alle metodologie Delphi, all’analisi dei futuri e alla valutazione delle politiche ambientali. Sviluppo e applico metodi statistici e computazionali avanzati – tra cui fuzzy clustering, analisi di rete basata su correlazioni e indicatori spaziali compositi – per studiare i giudizi degli esperti, il consenso spaziale e i dati partecipativi. Il mio lavoro collega l’inferenza statistica, il coinvolgimento degli esperti e la modellizzazione basata sull’intelligenza artificiale, con l’obiettivo di migliorare l’affidabilità e l’interpretabilità dei processi decisionali collettivi. Ho collaborato con importanti istituzioni di ricerca come l’University College Dublin, il Trinity College Dublin e l’Università di Turku, contribuendo a diversi progetti europei Horizon. I miei studi sono stati pubblicati su riviste scientifiche di rilievo internazionale e presentati in numerosi convegni nazionali e internazionali, ricevendo riconoscimenti come il Royal Statistical Society Young Statisticians’ Meeting Prize e il Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Award. Sono il fondatore del “Real-Time Geo-Spatial Consensus System”, che ha ricevuto il Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Award dalla School of International Futures nel 2022.
